What does a day in the role of your position look like?

As a Product Manager, you have numerous strings to pull. There is a lot to coordinate internally, especially when you develop new products and bring them into series production. It is also very important to observe the markets. What do customers want? What are our competitors doing? What can you do to make the existing products more attractive? The goal is to influence the future positively, for example, by preparing the next trade fair, which aims to inspire visitors to even greater extent than the previous exhibition. A typical day is, therefore, strongly characterized by teamwork locally but often also with international colleagues.

What was the moment where you knew you made the right decision to join ARGO-HYTOS?

Since I had been working as a freelancer for ARGO-HYTOS Germany for more than a year before my permanent position, I already knew most of my colleagues and was very impressed by the good work atmosphere and the open cooperation.

What do you value the most about ARGO-HYTOS?

ARGO-HYTOS can look back on more than 75 years of experience. You can feel this know-how in many places. In the course of developments, we invest more time, energy and know-how for our customers than other equivalent companies on the market. You can see that in our solutions, i.e. our products. When talking to customers, we pride ourselves that we do everything in-house: develop, test and produce – meeting the highest standards.

ARGO-HYTOS is all about coming up with solutions. How do you (and your team) come up with solutions? How does ARGO-HYTOS as an employer support you (and your team) in bringing these solutions to life?

As previously mentioned, there is a very good atmosphere. In such an environment, the team members push each other to find the best possible solution to a problem. And since ARGO-HYTOS develops and produces solutions in-house whenever possible, there are only a few limits that prevent us from turning our ideas and solutions into reality.
