What does a day in the role of Leader Production Team look like?
My day begins by listening to my colleagues’ report on the progress of the previous day’s tasks. My team and I respond immediately to any problems and propose as well as implement corrective measures. This is followed by a visit to individual employees and their workplaces. As soon as I finish the daily patrol of my work section, I return to my desk and deal with day to day operations to evaluate how we can optimise production processes in the near future. At the end of each month, I assess the performance of individual employees and motivate them to keep up the good work. In addition to my daily duties, I am a member of the executive team of the Smart Flow project, which aims to increase the effectiveness of our plant. My task is to optimise the logistics chain within the plant.
What was the moment where you knew you made the right decision to join ARGO-HYTOS?
After the economic recovery in the difficult year of 2008, ARGO-HYTOS excelled in 2009 where the demand for quality products grew again. From that moment onwards, I was incredibly proud to be a member of the ARGO-HYTOS team and to have contributed to this success. The satisfaction of our customers confirms this since the value-added we deliver to their projects is highly appreciated.
What do you value the most about ARGO-HYTOS?
I value a personal approach to people, tradition and product quality. The ARGO-HYTOS brand has an excellent reputation in our region, and I am glad to belong to a team that makes professional development possible.
ARGO-HYTOS is all about coming up with solutions. How do you come up with solutions?
My role at ARGO-HYTOS lies in the implementation of production, ensuring on-time deliveries and, above all, working with people to drive motivation and professional growth. Moreover, I participate in the implementation of optimising processes. I find many answers and solutions to challenges through the numerous workshops and trainings that the company offers. Resolving those challenges not only gives me a boost in my work but also contributes to the problem-solving of our company.
