What's your role at ARGO-HYTOS?

My name is Brian Olive, and I currently serve as the Business Development Lead for ARGO-HYTOS US. I joined the ARGO-HYTOS family in 2023, bringing with me a commitment to driving growth and fostering strong relationships within the company and with our clients.

What was the moment where you knew you made the right decision to join ARGO-HYTOS?

A defining moment was when I transitioned from an intern role to a sales position, where I took on responsibilities such as leading local marketing and program initiatives in the best interest of our customers. The opportunity to contribute to significant programs and work closely with customers. that support our US market confirmed that joining ARGO-HYTOS was the right choice.

What do you value the most about ARGO-HYTOS?

I really value the support and accessibility ARGO-HYTOS offers through programs and service, which make it easy for customers to get the products they need. Having direct access to our product and engineering teams also helps customers quickly define, create, and implement their solutions with help from us both here in the US and globally. It is this kind of support that makes me proud to be a part of ARGO-HYTOS.

ARGO-HYTOS is all about coming up with solutions. How do you (and your team) come up with solutions? How does ARGO-HYTOS as an employer support you (and your team) in bringing these solutions to life?

In my position, I come up with solutions every day by embracing the '#BeTheSolution' mindset. For me, this involves tackling internal and external challenges that impact our customers and our team. By staying aligned with our international teams, ARGO-HYTOS provides the consistent support we need to bring solutions to life.
