ARGO-HYTOS new CFO Mr. Benjamin Bass

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Benjamin Bass, currently SVP Group Division Reporting & Controlling at Voith Turbo, will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer at ARGO-HYTOS Group in Switzerland as of July 1st, 2023.

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce our new CFO a little closer.
Benjamin Bass began his professional career in the Corporate Development department in the Voith Holding in 2011 after studying industrial engineering and earning a master's degree in economics. He joined the Voith Turbo division in 2014 as executive assistant to the management board and assumed the role of Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Voith Turbo Canada in 2017. Since 2019, he has been working as Chief Financial Officer for the former Voith Turbo's New Technologies & Development department. In February 2021, he took over the role of SVP Group Division Reporting & Controlling at Voith Turbo.

Mr. Erich Hofer, who previously held the dual function of CEO and CFO, will fully concentrate on his CEO position as of July 1st, 2023.
