What does a day in your position look like?

My days are full of adventure. Every day is different because my scope of work isn’t so typical. My role is to manage and support projects: development of new products, technical proposals for customer applications, testing of functional samples and commissioning and troubleshooting in the field. My other activities include supporting my friends and colleagues from all ARGO-HYTOS entities with their hydraulic systems, proportional techniques and control as well as electronics. On the technical side of our customers, I take care of the technical benchmarking and innovation studies.

What was the moment where you knew you made the right decision to join ARGO-HYTOS?

The moment I knew I made the right decision to join ARGO-HYTOS was when I experienced the collaborative approach and dedication of the team. From day one, I was welcomed and given opportunities to contribute my expertise. Due to the talented colleagues who share a common goal of excellence, my belief has been affirmed that ARGO-HYTOS is where I belong.

This week in our June's Social Media campaign was all about our power packs with the frequency converter. What value-added do customers receive from us?
We have clever and very effective solutions in regards to functionality, especially in terms of autonomic functions. The combination of our power packs and SE ATV logic is bringing new dimensions of functionality. Other benefits are comparable with other innovations on the market.
