What does a day in your position look like?

A day could best be described as a combination of routine activities that repeat and intertwine throughout the work week and responsibilities encompassing the entire ARGO-HYTOS Group. The main activity that can be pointed out is the planning of meetings with clients, sales calls and analysis of available data, which leads to the fulfillment of the Sales team's goals and motivation of the entire team to sell more. Furthermore, I monitor the market trends and innovations and apply them to the customers’ needs in various sub-sectors.

What was the moment where you knew you made the right decision to join ARGO-HYTOS?

Once I landed a job in Sales, I could do anything… I enjoy solving assignments and challenges, working with different people, travelling to other places in the world, seeing our customers’ final products on the street and getting to know new regions and markets. All this helped me to find my way in developing solutions for customers and motivates me to be the best on the market.

What do you value the most about ARGO-HYTOS?

For me, the room for creativity and a flexible workspace is significant as well as having a space where we can influence things.

ARGO-HYTOS is all about coming up with solutions. How do you (and your team) come up with solutions? How does ARGO-HYTOS as an employer support you (and your team) in bringing these solutions to life?

It is all about teamwork, which is no different for finding solutions. As the Sales Team, we try to connect the outside world with the internal environment of the company so that we can transfer information from the customer as quickly as possible or vice versa and, thus, quickly satisfy the needs of customers.

This week in our June's Social Media camapign was all about our whole Product Range and Free sales product. What makes ARGO-HYTOS products so unique on the market? What value-added do customers receive from us?
All kinds of industries and markets are crowded, and our situation is no different. We focus on placing our products where the customer will have the greatest, visible and measurable impact.
