Through the partnership with this private investor, ARGO-HYTOS establishes a long-term basis to extend its ongoing strategy of internationalization and innovation as a family business.

Despite globally declining markets within the hydraulic industry, ARGO-HYTOS was able to achieve profitable growth against the prevailing trend and to obtain market leadership in several emerging markets. ARGO-HYTOS will exploit the increase of capital resources to stabilize and extend this market position, which will particularly strengthen the intensive support to the international customers through innovative product and systems solutions.
