What does a day in your position look like?

There is no such thing as a typical daily routine in my job – this is part of why I like what I do. However, supporting our Board means that I prepare various materials for them, work on the corporate strategy, put together documents as well as KPI overviews and much more. At the same time I’m actively involved in different corporate projects on behalf of the Board.

What was the moment where you knew you made the right decision to join ARGO-HYTOS?

I don’t have a specific moment in mind but this started very early on when working with the team here at the company and I discovered that we can rely on each other. This team makes the difference!

What do you value the most about ARGO-HYTOS?

It’s clearly the team! People aren’t just very nice on a personal level but they are also great to work with, regardless of the situation. All of them are very helpful at any time of the day; whenever you have a question, they will be happy to give a detailed answer. Even though times can be challenging, we are sticking together and facing the challenges ahead as a team.

ARGO-HYTOS is all about coming up with solutions. How do you (and your team) come up with solutions? How does ARGO-HYTOS as an employer support you (and your team) in bringing these solutions to life?

ARGO-HYTOS as a company has set out for success. I am able to learn very much every day since I have arrived, and this is what I highly appreciate as part of my continued development. Providing solutions in projects, supporting the team with ideas and strategies, documentation and coordination is how I contribute to solutions becoming alive.
