What does a day in the role of your position look like?

My daily work is based on contact with our clients. Preparing offers and searching solutions for their needs are among my main duties. I often cooperate with the Sales Engineers and Technical Department. Additionally, I am responsible for all marketing campaigns at ARGO-HYTOS Poland such as purchasing giveaways, flyers, calendars etc. What is more, I coordinate our participation in trade fairs and organize meetings or client trainings in the Polish entity.

What was the moment where you knew you made the right decision to join ARGO-HYTOS?

The friendly atmosphere and mutual support have reinforced my belief that I made the right decision to join ARGO-HYTOS from the first day of my work. I felt that I was part of the ARGO-HYTOS family from the very beginning.

What do you value the most about ARGO-HYTOS?

What I value the most about ARGO-HYTOS is the daily contact with clients and growth opportunities. My work allows me to use my creativity and organisational capacity. Moreover, I really appreciate the continuous opportunities for professional development and cooperation between co-workers.

ARGO-HYTOS is all about coming up with solutions. How do you (and your team) come up with solutions? How does ARGO-HYTOS as an employer support you (and your team) in bringing these solutions to life?

In every stage of work, we listen to the customer’s needs and try to find the best solution for them. ARGO-HYTOS Poland is a relatively small entity. Since the majority of the team works in one open space, cooperation between employees is very easy, and many problems are solved through a direct brainstorm. Exploring ideas for customized solutions takes place in small groups where particular co-workers share their know-how and experience with one another. Moreover, designers keep in touch with assemblers, so they connect technical knowledge with practice to find the best arrangement.
