What does a day in the role of Logistics and Quality Technician look like?
The Logistics and Quality Technician position allows me to have a vast range of tasks to accomplish. I usually start the day by going through new emails received from suppliers or customers. I then update the files in my monitoring table that captures costs, analysis reports and other information. Moreover, I provide the latest information on the new quality files to the customer or the suppliers by informing them on issues such as delivery, organisation of parts or claim reports.
Throughout the day I also take out the manufacturing orders for our warehouse keeper and put the finished products in stock. During the delivery of parts to our colleagues from other subsidiaries, I also enter the goods on stock on SAP.
Additionally, I update our quality indicators on our dashboard and ensure the monitoring and compliance of our quality management system linked to the ISO 9001. For example, in the post-audit period, I must make sure that all my colleagues are working under the good conditions described in our processes, check the indicators, keep meetings up to date and ensure the compliance of our documents. What was the moment where you knew you made the right decision to join ARGO-HYTOS?
Joining ARGO-HYTOS is a great opportunity, which I came to realize once I noticed how much I grew professionally and as a person. On the one hand, I appreciate being able to use my skills to benefit my team, create opportunities, optimize processes and tackle challenges. And on the other hand, ARGO-HYTOS provides the platform to gain new experiences and knowledge through supportive mentors while also being inspired by the success and results that the company achieves as a team.
What do you value the most about ARGO-HYTOS?
The group's policy of encouraging progress is very much in line with my ideology of professional development. This approach of not taking things for granted but constantly seeking to do better is a major asset. Being encouraged to come up with ideas for improvements and to take new initiatives is motivating, and it really shows that one is actually contributing meaningfully. I like the approach where the work is valued and we offer support for one another.

I have the opportunity to be surrounded by great people at ARGO-HYTOS in France. Communication and dialogues with my colleagues is key for me. Talking to my team and exchanging ideas on any subject allows us to have a variety of opinions and innovations that lead to the most suitable solutions, which guarantee our success and the satisfaction of our customers.
